In Auvergne, between Ambert and Thiers, Helen and Henk Slik have renovated an old XNUMXth century house. They decided to open guest rooms in a Nordic style reflecting well-being and the sweetness of life. Welcome to "Laziness on the Sly".

This accommodation is located in the heart of our beautiful French countryside in the Livradois-Forez natural park.
Here you will find green spaces as far as the eye can see, dotted here and there with charming little villages. Between a walk, hand in hand, on the hiking trails, and the discovery of know-how, the choice is yours...
Enjoy doing nothing but enjoying each other.

You stay in one of the five rooms, the concept of which is designed to bring you well-being and rejuvenation. Painted white with touches of color on one of their walls, there are some exposed stones, beautiful wooden beams and a characteristic charm of this old residence. One of the bedrooms is particularly large, giving even more comfort to happy sleepers. Conversely, one has a very low ceiling: a real cozy little cocoon.
Inside, you have at your disposal a living room equipped with a fireplace and a large library. If you feel like it, you can have a tea or a coffee there and type a few musical notes on the piano.
Fans of the great outdoors can enjoy the flower garden, fully enclosed, consisting of several terraces suitable for reading and convivial moments.
The little extra: the Nordic bath filled with hot water from which you can admire the starry night “as a duo”.

On the table d'hôtes side, a candlelit dinner awaits you.
Henk concocts a "fusion" cuisine made with French but also foreign dishes. This melting pot of flavors is a delight for the taste buds: duck breast with cherries, Indian curry soup with chicken and apple, fennel cappuccino, red mullet accompanied by a tomato and tarragon sauce...
The night will be just for you.
