What does the Partner Pack bring me?
Reply : It is a set of services that helps you to make known but also to develop your activity (online reservation, market place…). In addition, we offer various training courses to further develop and develop your business. Days of local meetings are organized and make it possible to discover sectors, structures and also to meet other partners to be able to discuss their novelties or projects.

The partner pack is expensive!
The price of a partner pack varies from €108 to €174 (for a multi-asset service provider, to be taken from 2 activities), to be renewed every year (valid for one calendar year). The price is explained by the diversity of services we offer, about fifteen, which involve our entire team (26 people). In addition, we use professional tools such as the Open Experience, with training in order to be able to make the best use of this tool and workshops and/or conferences led by external speakers (preferred themes: communication, online sales, marketing) .

If I put the Open Pro (= online booking of my accommodation), will it boost my sales?
Response, : Yes and no. The Open Pro allows you to register your accommodation on a market place and offers Internet users the possibility of making a reservation or pre-reservation. In addition, accommodations with Open Pro always come out as the 1 st results of a search (before those who have not implemented it). However, this optimized visibility does not guarantee an increase in reservations. In fact, 90% of reservations are made directly on the service providers' sites (which does not exclude that Internet users have found the service provider's site on our website).
For example: if an Internet user hesitates between two accommodations with similar characteristics, he will tend to go to the accommodation which offers the reservation (and where availability is visible), in order to finalize his stay as quickly as possible.

I have a problem with my activity(ies) form, what should I do?
Reply : I can contact my local office directly. Regarding changes to the website, we have control over it and can change the information at any time (effective 24 hours after the change), which is not the case for paper editions.
