The Livradois-Forez Tourist Office aims to:

  • to improve services to visitors and tourist service providers while relying on the inhabitants to make the destination emerge;
  • collectively make the destination "Livradois-Forez, Regional Natural Park in Auvergne" desirable;
  • develop acts of purchase of stay.

Some actions carried out by the Maison du tourisme

  • Provision of services to tourism service providers as part of a partner pack: promotion of their activities on the website and in brochures; dissemination of their documents in tourist information offices; training; development of online sales tools; ticketing service; information on the availability of accommodation, etc.
  • Reception of visitors in information offices and increasingly "outside the walls" (e.g. welcome drinks in accommodation structures with more than 100 beds, etc.)
  • Organization of events related to the enhancement of heritage.
  • Management of a destination website www.vacances-livradois-forez.com
  • Editions of promotional documents and information including the destination magazine
  • Communication of the destination via digital tools
  • Participation in communication operations
  • Creation of product catalogs
  • Canvassing of customers (directly or via intermediaries)

  • 3 tickets sold for concerts, festivals, shows, museums and sports activities
  • 2 km of trails maintained in consultation with RELF and local authorities

  • More than 100 groups/year hosted on the territory for a current impact between 100 - 000 euros
  • More than 100 tourism service providers supported to develop the online sale of their business
  • 8 tourist information offices (Ambert, Arlanc, Billom, Courpière, Olliergues, Saint-Anthème, Saint-Germain-L'Herm, Thiers and a seasonal one in Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle).
