In accordance with the obligations of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (RGDP), the information collected via the contest form is recorded in a file computerized by The Livradois-Forez Tourist Office.
They are kept for 36 months from the end of the game by the Livradois-Forez Tourist Office. Game participants can exercise their right of access to data concerning them, and exercise their right of opposition, their right of rectification, their right to limit the processing of data collected, or their right of withdrawal.
