With a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and 2 additional beds on a mezzanine above the living room, this cottage is well suited to a couple, or even a couple with one or 2 young children.

Come and stay in the MOQUINE gite, with family or friends, in the GOULAPIE gite village (see NB).
You will be welcomed all year round, to experience convivial moments, celebrations and relaxation.

In the heart of Auvergne, the gîte is located in the Parc du Livradois-Forez. You can discover Sauxillanges and its Cluniac heritage, Usson one of the most beautiful villages in France. You will escape into the great expanses of the Livradois mountains, to make beautiful hikes. You can stroll along the rivers or along the lakes… You will be close to Issoire with its Romanesque Church of St-Austremoine, its narrow streets, its many cultural and sporting activities.

Shops and services are in Sauxillanges (4 km).

MOQUINE has been completely restored and has a warm appearance: exposed framework, staircase, floor, joists, railing, doors and furniture in natural wood.
With its mezzanine it offers the possibility of having 2 additional beds, this cottage is well suited to a couple, or even a couple with one or two young children.

The MOQUINE gîte (46 m2, 1 bedroom and 1 mezzanine), fitted out for 2 to 4 people, consists of:

On the ground floor :
1 living room with kitchen area, dining area, relaxation area equipped with 2 armchairs
overlooking a private outdoor terrace.
1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed
1 bathroom (shower, sink, wc)

On the mezzanine:
1 lounge area equipped with 2 armchairs and 1 sofa – trundle beds

It has wood pellet central heating.

On request, baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, changing table, bath.

The weekly rate is €250 to €430 depending on the period,
The tourist tax is €0,70 per adult night,
The rental of sheets, towels and cleaning are optional:
provision of sheets: €12 per person
provision of towels: €5 per person
cleaning fee: €25

The MOQUINE gîte can communicate with the HEREST gîte (4 bedrooms for 10 people) allowing the reception of groups of 12 to 14 people.


NB The village of GOULAPIE lodgings is made up of 5 lodgings with 2 to 14 places that can be rented together or separately for a total of 46 people. It has a dining room and a collective kitchen.
