Located on the Thiers plateaus, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park and facing the Puys chain, the Faux Martel estate is the union of 2 recently redeveloped adjoining gites: the Tour and the Guinguette and can accommodate 9 people.

La Guinguette: The house is composed on the 1st floor of a living room with open kitchen, living room and dining room, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 (or 2 beds 80), a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds 90 which can be joined or separated, a bathroom/WC. High terrace offering a view of the surroundings
La Tour: The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room with wood stove, a kitchen / dining room with insert and access to the south-facing terrace and a shower room / WC . On the first floor is a bedroom with 1 double bed (or 160 single beds), a bedroom with 2 double bed (or 80 double beds) and 1 single bed, a shower room and a separate WC. Terrace ideal for meals outside.
You will also appreciate the adjoining unfenced land of 3000m². Wood provided free of charge, electric heating according to consumption. Non-smoking cottage.
