Weekly group lessons of 1 hour for 10 people supervised by Valentine Argoud, Pilates teacher 30 lessons a year - accessories provided - free trial lesson.
The Pilates method is a series of precision movements performed on deep and controlled breathing.
The objective is to gently strengthen the deep postural muscles while protecting the rest of the body.
Regular practice improves posture: back tension can disappear, the belly becomes firmer, the perineum is strengthened, the body becomes strong and flexible.
Pilates is for everyone, at all ages, male or female. Whatever your physical condition, with the approval of your doctor, this method is suitable for everyone.
