Like every year, the Fourme d'Ambert puts on its costume of light to celebrate in the heart of the city of Ambert with the Fourmofolies. At the same time, some AOP farms are opening their doors to take part in the celebration and have their farms visited. Visit only by reservation with the Livradois-Forez Tourist Office – Ambert Information Office on site or on 04 73 82 61 90.
