Stage d'aquarelle

From June 21, 2024

Watercolor course with Abel Antonisamy, Indian artist. Open to everyone. Shared meals.

Abel Antonisamy is a watercolorist and lives in Pondicherry. His inspiration? “Everything is a source of joy when you take the time to listen and look!
The light of dawn, the changing shadow and light are, for me, signs of a benevolent presence. For me, drawing is as important as color but I believe that it must be used in the choice of what is presented to us. Selecting and retaining what speaks to our emotions and feelings is always a choice to make if we want to try to communicate with others.
It is also in this spirit that I like to support people in their learning and creation process."

It is for this interest in the transmission and quality of his art that Le Jardin des fées, an associative cultural café in Félines (Haute-Loire) invited him for a watercolor course open to all, beginners or experienced.

We will take advantage of the beauty of the landscapes of the Parc du Livradois-Forez to paint outside, and if the weather is not favorable we will retreat indoors. Abel speaks French perfectly, so no fear for communication! And it accepts all levels!

For those who come from far away, several rural lodges or guest rooms can accommodate you. At noon we will eat together with the meal taken from the basket. Shared kitchen for evening meals and breakfast

It is also a great opportunity to visit the region, Félines is close to Brioude, Puy-en-Velay and Chaise-Dieu, famous for its abbey and its music festival.
