Want to make a dream come true? The Haut-Forez Railway now offers you its diesel locomotive driving courses! Between theory and practice, come for a day and learn how to drive authentic locomotives from the 60s!

You will thus be able to discover behind the scenes of a profession that has now disappeared and leave with a certificate!

Supervised by passionate volunteers, you will benefit in the morning from theoretical awareness and then in the afternoon from a practical part with online driving on the CFHF network.

In the programme :
Le matin :
- Accueil des participants, pause café
- Presentation of the association
- Information sur la sécurité des personnes et des circulations sur un train touristique
- Présentation technique des engins diesel utilisés lors de la journée : draisine DU65 et BB 63500
- Programme évolutif en fonction des participants

Noon: Meal tray provided by a local gourmet restaurant

The afternoon :
- Mise en service de la draisine DU 65 - Conduite de 2 types de trains : locomotive BB 63000 et draisine DU 65.
- Aller-retour Estivareilles/Pontempeyrat : chaque stagiaire effectue la moitié du parcours
- Mise en service de la locomotive BB 63705
- Aller-retour Estivareilles/Usson-en-Forez : chaque stagiaire effectue la moitié du parcours
- Impressions et commentaires de la journée
- Remise d’un certificat de stage

Participation in the course includes membership to our association for the current year (insurance)
