Lovers of wide open spaces and nature, this cottage is waiting for you! You will enjoy an exceptional panorama and a very comfortable gîte in the heart of the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park!

The cottage is located in a small hamlet on the heights of Saint-Anthème, in a typical old farmhouse renovated with care and without any vis-à-vis. You will have direct access to the Hautes Chaumes mountain biking and hiking trails (GR3) to discover the rich surrounding flora and fauna, and enjoy the many family activities offered locally.

Clear view, without vis-à-vis, on a large grassy plot, composed of a large dining/living room with closed fireplace, a large open kitchen area, with 1 toilet on the ground floor and 1 toilet on the upstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90; 1 bed of 140; 4 beds of 90 + 1 bunk bed in 90), possible addition of a baby cot and 2 double beds extra chairs for children, a cellar, a laundry room; A covered shelter for cars, closed room for skis or mountain bikes, large partly enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture.

Hiking trails from the cottage (GR3 nearby) and from the village of St Anthéme (marked hiking and mountain biking trails) allow you to access the vast natural spaces of the Vallée de l'Ance and the Hautes-Chaumes. You will enjoy the leisure center located in the village with its lake and its supervised swimming in the summer, the Prabouré mountain activity park with in winter, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and in summer Marked hiking trails, giant zip line, rando-ferrata, downhill scooters, aerial net course, orienteering course for young and old...

You will set off to discover the Pays d'Ambert (Fourme Museum, Moulin Richard de Bas, tourist train and churches...).
You will also appreciate 10 minutes by car the natural site of the Montpeloux Volcano and its festival in summer.

At your disposal, you will find the Treasure Chest of the PNR Livradois-Forez with various books on the fauna and flora of the Park, IGN maps, board games, binoculars to observe the surrounding nature!
