Detached house in the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park, this warm gîte will welcome you in a calm and natural environment for a relaxing stay with family and friends.
Located in the countryside in the village of Escoutoux near Thiers (5 km) and its medieval city, 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand and 40 minutes from Vichy.
Starting point for numerous hiking, mountain biking, motorbike, etc. outdoor activities nearby and for all tastes.
Accommodation
House on 2 levels (not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
Ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen opening onto a friendly living room, itself connected to an outdoor terrace. 1 sanitary area including 2 showers, 1 separate toilet and a laundry room. 2 terraces (one to the South-East, the other to the North-West) furnished (furniture, stretched canvases, vegetation). 1 garage for motorcycles, bicycles, ping pong table, and barbecue storage.
1st floor / Sleeping area, 1 living room with a sofa bed (hotel quality from the TEDIBER brand) for 4 people and 4 individual armchairs, East bedroom: double bed of 140x190 West bedroom: double bed of 140x190 and a sofa bed according to your needs needs, North room: 2 possible configurations (either a King Size bed of 180x200, or 2 single beds and 1 single bed).
The land is not enclosed, and the children's facilities (trampoline, swings) are to be shared. Facilities (non-exhaustive list) oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, simple coffee maker or Tassimo or Nespresso, teapot, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, TV with DVD playback, hair dryer, games companies on request, books to read... Fondue and raclette services on request. For your barbecue grills.

Week: from €857 to €1 (Depending on the number of rooms and people).
Additional pricing is applied for the 9th and/or 10th person. Contact us specifying the number of people, the dates of your stay as well as the number of rooms desired, we will offer you a personalized offer.
Included in the price offers: bed, bathroom and household linen. Not included: tourist tax for people aged 18 and over and end-of-stay cleaning service (€80).
In July and August 4 nights minimum except last minute rental.
