Gîte de Montcodiol

The Montcodiol gîte opened its doors in 2020, it is located in a pretty little hamlet, tranquility assured! It is an old restored farmhouse with lots of charm. We can receive riders, bikers, hikers, cyclists.

Summer and winter, you will find a multitude of hikes starting from the gîte, ideal for mountain lovers.

The cottage is located between Saint-Anthème and the Col des Supeyres, 15 minutes by car from the resort of Prabouré and 30 minutes on foot. All sites of interest are accessible on foot, on horseback, by bike from the cottage. In Saint-Anthème, you will find a body of water and small shops as well as doctor, pharmacy...
It consists of a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a 40m2 dining room with two large bay windows allowing you to move from one terrace to another.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a 140×200 bed, another with two 90×200 beds and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
On the mezzanine you will find a sleeping area with two 140×200 beds, a reading area, games and a small television area with a view of the large terrace.
The heating is by wood thanks to a stove in the dining room, which allows you to warm up but also to cook good little simmered dishes. There are also electric heaters. In winter, the cottage is heated upon your arrival.
You have two terraces on each side of the cottage which allows you to follow the sun. They are equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and 800 m2 of land overlooking the mountain.
Finally, in the basement you have access to a washing machine and a small freezer. You can put shoes, coats, bikes etc...
