You will find a warm interior overlooking the fully enclosed garden with garden table, barbecue, 2 deck chairs...

You access the accommodation on the garden side by a staircase with its flowered railing.
You enter directly into the fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster and the dining area (16m2).

You then enter the 25 m2 living room with a convertible sofa bed possibly for 2 children under 12 years old, a desk, television, a radio. A bedroom (15m2) including a 140x190 bed, a wardrobe (we can add a travel cot on request).
Duvet, pillows and duffel for the bed and sofa bed.

A bathroom (9m2) with a glass shower, WC, sink and a washing machine.
You will find on site, bath mats and toilet paper.
