The plants are harvested in accordance with tradition with an environmental approach adapted to local species.

Self-taught at heart, we wanted to master the entire production chain. The raw material comes from our production or from our pickings on the massif. The flavors are carefully selected by maceration and then assembled in bottles to offer you these unique recipes! Our recipes are the result of innovations and old manufacturing processes that our elders have passed on to us! We update forgotten products and thus transmit in our own way the values ​​of our Forézien territory!
Our products:
Aperitifs: Pastis Forézien, Pastis Auvergnat, Hemp Vodka, little and big sister (gentian based), blueberry cream, raspberry wine and elderflower wine, wine with cherry leaves or walnuts or vine peach.
Digestives: Instant Forézien, “caramelized” verbena, woody verbena, green verbena, blueberry liqueur, raspberry brandy, gentian brandy.
Mustards: tarragon, ancient, garlic, honey or Forézienne herbs.
Vinegars: Shallot, Oregano, balsamic, blueberry, raspberries, honey, Forézienne herbs.
