10 am, visit to the Source Distillery in Chalmazel-Jeansagnière. Here, we make aperitifs and digestives made from wild plants! From the picking or their productions, the recipes are created with their imagination and the advice of the elders. Come and discover the distillery, taste the products and
new recipes such as pastis forézien, gentian-based aperitifs and digestives. Shop on site.
12:30 p.m., lunch at the Restaurant le Sauvagnard in Sauvain.
