Laissez parler votre gourmandise

Morning: We offer you a gourmet visit to the Departmental Museum of Ceramics in Lezoux. The archaeological site of Lezoux is known to have made thousands of terracotta vessels; but what did these pots, these pots, these plates contain? Come and discover the traditional dishes and exotic recipes of our Gallo-Roman ancestors, and taste some flavors... the ancient way!

Breakfast in a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Continue your tasty getaway by going to the village of Espirat, the center of the production of pink garlic from Billom. On this farm, the
owner tells you about this unique production, its constraints and the benefits of this pink bulb. The visit ends with a tasting of Billom's famous pink garlic soup, served by members of the Confrérie des Grands Goussiers d'Auvergne. (Depending on the period, weaving demonstration).
