Afternoon: Continue your tasty getaway by going to the village of Espirat, the center of the production of pink garlic from Billom. On this farm, the
owner tells you about this unique production, its constraints and the benefits of this pink bulb. The visit ends with a tasting of Billom's famous pink garlic soup, served by members of the Confrérie des Grands Goussiers d'Auvergne. (Depending on the period, weaving demonstration).
