Chalet des gentianes - Gite

For your stopovers with friends, alone or with family, the chalet offers accommodation adapted to everyone's wishes.

In the stopover gîte, close to the sanitary facilities, you will find a dormitory with 12 90 cm bunk beds for low-cost stopovers, two bedrooms (one quadruple and 2 dressing rooms).

In the cottage, you will find a convivial room to relax and admire the circus of Valcivières through the bay window.
It is equipped with a table, chairs and a lounge.
At your disposal: microwave and electric kettle, a mini-fridge for picnics, drinks... And also magazines, books, board games and tourist/hiking documentation

We offer catering services: breakfast, half board, full board.

Reception of riders at the Chalet des Gentianes:
We are part of the different structures, located on the Boucle Dore (Livradois Forez Park) which can accommodate riders.
Establishment labeled FRETE (Equestrian Relay Federation and Equestrian Tourism) since May 2012 (2 roses / 2 irons), we provide you with:
- a 10-horse meadow (possibility of dividing the meadow) with tie bars and water point;
- a wooden shelter for equipment, hay;
- a room to deposit fragile equipment and personal belongings;
Price of meadow + hay per horse: 5 €/day

We offer a "luggage transport" service with a quote on request.

Reception of bikers at the Chalet des Gentianes:
We offer private parking (parking under a sheltered hangar), the possibility of access to a washing machine and a dryer, some mechanical tools if necessary, a compressor for your tires...
