47ème Festival Concerts de Vollore

The Concerts de Vollore are pleased to welcome you for their 47th summer season which will seduce you both with its quality and the variety of its programming bringing together big names and young talents recognized with the highest distinctions.

The "Festival des Concerts de Vollore" is the first music festival created in the Puy de Dôme in 1 and is one of the oldest festivals organized in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Every summer, the Concerts de Vollore festival travels to 15 locations in Livradois-Forez with 15 concerts.
It delights spectators with its musical evenings mixing Classical Music, Baroque Music, Jazz and World Music.

The public is invited to discover the heritage: churches, castles, landscapes... and the know-how of the region (cutlery, pottery, embroidery with gold thread); tourists, French and foreign, as well as young people also come there, in increasing numbers.

The proximity to the performers, the moments of conviviality where dialogues are created between the artists and the public are all unforgettable moments which make the festival unique.

The programming, combining the great repertoire and the discovery of many unknown or forgotten works, gives pride of place to the greatest contemporary performers of classical music and to young talents from our region.

With more than 60 artists invited this summer, the programming of this 47th festival with 15 concerts is designed to satisfy the widest possible audience and to bring together on stage international artists and the most prominent young talents on the music scene.
