During the day, learn how to photograph flowers in macro and proxi photography with Jérôme Pallé, professional photographer, and Claire Mison, biologist and traditional herbalist practitioner. Discover botany at the same time

The photo courses are supervised by Jérôme Pallé, professional photographer, photography trainer (trainer number: 83 63 03801 63) and author of several photo course books Memento photo, the reflex camera and Get out of Auto mode with a reflex or a hybrid (Eyrolles editions).

The botany, ecology and uses of wild plants section will be led by Claire Mison, passionate about the plant world. She will guide you through the names, anatomy and physiology, while sharing the myths and legends surrounding them. In addition, Claire will explore their various applications, whether food, medicinal or dyeing, to offer you a complete and enriching understanding.

Welcome and presentation of guides and trainees

Macro shooting techniques: exposure… (practical exercise)
Micrometric focusing… (practical exercise)
Depth of field… (practical exercise)
Introduction to botany with photographed plants

- Noon :
For the lunchtime picnic, bring your culinary specialty to share!

- Afternoon program:
Shooting flowers in pairs (practical exercises)
Discovery of the ecology and uses of selected plants
To encourage attentive listening and a framework conducive to exchange and individual concentration, the group will be made up of 4 to 8 participants maximum.

The exact meeting location will be communicated to participants 4 to 7 days before the start of the course.
