Advanced cycling course dedicated to women, offering road bike rides on the magnificent roads of Livradois Forez and workshops around mechanics, technique, nutrition and physiology of long distance.

This course is aimed at women with proven experience, seeking to gain kilometers and elevation gain towards a goal. It will allow you to experiment with different forms of endurance outing, to progress technically in downhill and to better understand how your body functions in a long distance situation.
5 days and 4 nights to ride with women who want to accumulate kilometers and passes, work on their endurance and the sequence of long efforts, refine their descent technique on rough roads, in a caring and sharing group spirit. Accommodation in a comfortable and warm gîte, gourmet and balanced family cuisine, workshops to better understand your practice and be more independent on your bike... all the conditions will be met to make this sporting stay also a great human adventure!
