Advanced road cycling course dedicated to women offering cycling trips of increasing distance and workshops around technique, nutrition for female athletes, mechanics, perineal pathologies.

This course is aimed at women with proven experience, seeking to prepare for participation in a DDEAV J-1 stage. By gradually increasing the distance over the course of the course, the objective will be to surpass oneself to achieve a day organized on the model of a DDEAV D-1 stage. The stay will allow you to prepare yourself physically for a full day of mid-mountain, to progress technically in descents, to be independent in the mechanical maintenance of your bike and to better understand how your body functions in a long distance situation. 5 days and 4 nights to ride between women who want to prepare for a long goal or a stage of Let's give them to cycling D-1, chain and gradually increase the distances, surpass themselves physically, through the group and in shared values, of kindness and conviviality.
