MY FITNESS FORMULA
- 1 complete naturopathic assessment allowing you to precisely identify your needs and the protocols to be put in place (nutrition, dietary balance, emotional balance, support plan depending on the level of health, etc.)
- 2 follow-up and adaptation appointments in order to optimally monitor progress towards the desired results.
- 7 muscle strengthening sessions, walking sessions in the forest, gentle exercises for the upper and lower body, stretching, yoga postures...
- 7 massage and/or Reiki sessions, relaxation outdoors or under the Tipi.
- 1 final session allowing you to maintain the vital balance acquired during the program, via an analysis of the results plus appropriate naturopathic advice. You will thus be perfectly independent, with precise knowledge of the actions to take to keep your shape and your health.
