Chez le Damian

Nestled in the heart of Auvergne Tuscany, in a wooded meadow and near the medieval town of Billom, our bright cottage is furnished in an industrial style with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen open to living/dining room.

Nestled in the heart of Auvergne Tuscany, in the small town of Neuville, we offer you our charming gîte "Chez le Damian" (Barn and Sheepfold).

La Grange du Damian has a capacity of 8 people maximum, recently renovated and surrounded by a one hectare wooded meadow offering a clear view of the Chaîne des Puys.

La Bergerie du Damian, second adjoining and independent gite fully equipped can accommodate four additional guests.

In order to best meet your expectations, you have the possibility of renting the entire domain with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to twelve people.

In July and August, only this set will be offered for rent.

You will find with us all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay.

Our cottage is very quiet and enjoys maximum sunshine.

You will take advantage of the outdoors to relax before entering a more industrial style marked by its centerpiece: the staircase.

You will find on the ground floor an equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room with direct access to the two terraces, a living room (large screen and hi-fi channels), a laundry room and a master suite with bathroom, dressing room, television, and independent WC.

By taking the stairs, the footbridge leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
Each room is equipped with a television and a 160 bed. One of these rooms has its own bathroom and a private toilet.

You will have a private car park.

Please note: The swimming pool created in the spring of 2022 is open and heated in summer.

For more peace of mind the price includes: bed linen, towels, heating, an additional and compulsory cleaning fee will be added to the rental price (150 €).

Regarding activities:
We are close to many tourist sites such as the Regional Natural Park of Livradois-Forez, the magnificent Chaîne des Puys classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site or the sites of Vulcania, the castle of Ravel, the ceramics museum, the charming towns of Billom, Lezoux, Clermont-Ferrand and Thiers famous for its knives.

You will also find many activities such as the possibility of fishing, hunting, hiking or even discovering our country through a rental of a quad electric scooter or bike-rail you can also discover our mountains in a hot air balloon or take advantage of a peaceful moment to play golf at the foot of the volcanoes.

At 10 km, Billom, medieval city, labeled Country of Art and History welcomes every Monday morning in its heart one of the most beautiful market of Auvergne.

You can eat easily a few kilometers from our cottage but also have easy access to shops such as supermarkets, press, greengrocers, shops within 10 minutes by car.
