Living room with open kitchen and living room (1 sofa bed), 3 bedrooms (ch1: double bed 140 – ch2: double bed 160 – ch3: double bed 140 + 2 bunk beds 90 + 1 mezzanine bed 120), 1 bathroom water - 1 bathroom - 1 shower room with WC - 2 separate WCs.

Independent and secure access by a private code gate.
Parking possible in the property, in front of the gîte or outside along the small road.
Private land of around 1000 m², enclosed and planted with trees.

Outdoor salt pool: access only in summer (June to end of September in general); secured by a fence and shared with the owners

Animals not accepted.

Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels provided.
Pillows, duvets and blankets available.

Bed linen and bath linen not provided – Possibility to provide them on request with a supplement.

Free provision of baby equipment on request.

Cleaning not included in the rental price.
You must leave the accommodation clean in the same condition as when you arrived. Possibility of requesting a cleaning fee with a supplement.
