Céline, Bérengère and Marc-Antoine Madeyre have been based in the heart of Livradois-Forez producing Prim'Holstein dairy cows… for 3 generations. We make artisanal ice cream made directly from the milk of the farm.

Since June 2021 we have embarked on a new adventure: making ice cream on the farm from good milk from our cows.
With raw materials of the best possible quality (real vanilla bean from Madagascar, 100% fruit puree, local WEISS chocolate, etc.), we produce delicious ice creams in our on-farm processing laboratory.
It is with the greatest pleasure that we will welcome you to our farm for the tasting of an ice cream made in Bertignat….
