Chez Luc

Come and enjoy a few days of rest in the Livradois-Forez Natural Park! The Chez Luc gite can accommodate a large family or several couples thanks to its 3 bedrooms with bathroom (including 1 for people with reduced mobility). This gite is also adjoining the gite Chez Marie

The cottage “Chez Luc” has been recently renovated and is now equipped to ensure that your holidays in Livradois-Forez are relaxing, active, curious: it's up to you!
The cottage consists of a large living room and three comfortable bedrooms, all on two levels.
In the living room, on the ground floor, you have the equipped kitchen area: a 3-burner gas cooker plus an electric hob and electric oven, a fridge/freezer + a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and utensils for small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, blender) and of course, a complete cookware set.
This is followed by a farmhouse table surrounded by 8 chairs and a lounge area with two sofas and a coffee table.
This living room opens directly onto your private grounds, lawned terrace, for meals outside and siestas in the deck chairs under the parasol.

Next to the living room is the bedroom that can be used for one (or two) people with reduced mobility, as well as the shower room and adapted toilets, also with an independent entrance accessible by wheelchair.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with separate toilet and shower room and a large balcony.
The second bedroom, smaller but also equipped with a shower, sink and a toilet on the landing.
