Gîte la Morille

Pretty house with a view of the Forez mountains. In a peaceful hamlet 350 meters above sea level, conducive to relaxation, for one or more nights. House of 160 m² restored with taste and with the necessary comfort for 8 people. on 3 levels.

Housing
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a large open and fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The living room has a large table that can accommodate 8 people and a rest area with sofa, armchairs and TV. A toilet and a laundry room with washing machine are adjacent to the living room.

Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with bath and toilet, a children's playroom, an office space, a second toilet and 3 bedrooms.
The most spacious bedroom (20 m²) has a walk-in shower, a sink, a 160 cm bed and a large dressing room. The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed and the third has two beds, one 90 and one 120.
Books and toys are available for children in the playroom.
A last bedroom is located in the mezzanine with a 140 cm bed.

Outer side:
Admire the view of the Forez mountains from the 44m² terrace built on stilts. If you wish, you can eat on the large outdoor table and use the plancha to cook.
In the large plot adjoining the house, children can have fun in the hut, spend time in the sandbox and play on the slide and swings.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
Parties with music are not permitted.

- Town of Billom (very pretty medieval town; nice market on Monday mornings): 15 minutes

- Lac d'Aubusson d'Auvergne (nautical and leisure centre): 30 minutes
- Puy de Dôme and Chaîne des Puys: 45 minutes
- Vulcania: less than 1 hour

Access by travelers
The whole house is available. The garage can accommodate a car, motorcycles, bicycles, ... Possibility to park in front of the garage and on the communal square.

You can also take advantage of the services offered by the LA NEIRA - FMK reception gîte, located very close to the Morille. Event, reception, evening around the oven (pizzas, pies flambée, ...), additional beds, Nordic bath, ... contact Thierry!

In order to keep the charm of the house, we have chosen not to secure certain outdoor spaces.
