In the afternoon: Walk through the doors of an artisanal cutlery in Pays Thiernois*. Thanks to a visit meeting with a master cutler, you discover
the story of this knife which was imagined and designed in Thiers and which proudly bears its name. During the demonstrations, you will be able to follow the different stages of its
manufacturing from a simple piece of wood and steel to a knife with a practical handle and a sharp, shiny blade.
