Afternoon: The Saint-Hilaire distillery has been established for more than 30 years in the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. Nearly 100 different plants arrive at the distillery each season: lavender and mint grown by local producers, St. John's wort or queen of the Meadows collected locally and branches of conifers found in the heart of the forests. Visit the distillery ,
understand the manufacturing processes and witness one of the most important stages, the transition to essential oil. An initiatory and sensory journey in total respect for the environment.
