Located at a place called “Pont de la Pierre”, this cheese factory has been transforming milk from the Monts du Forez into cheese for over a century. The Fourmes of Montbrison and Ambert will no longer hold any secrets for you!

Emblematic of the economic, cultural and human history of the Monts du Forez, the Fourme de Montbrison is linked to the history of Hautes Chaumes.
