The Remarkable Site of Taste “Les Champs d’Ail de Billom” promotes the cultivation of pink garlic, a know-how registered as Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICP) of France. Auvergne garlic is a pink garlic with taste qualities linked to the virtues of the soil and climate of Limagne. Braided garlic, bundles or derived products are available from producers or during events.
