Gîte de la Ferme qui prend racines

Come and enjoy our farm cottage. We grow vegetables there all year round, at an altitude of 650 m, using organic production and animal traction. We and our donkeys will be delighted to meet you.

Our cottage is equipped for one to four people (or even five). With its wisteria and red shutters, the facade facing the house is full of charm. This old small artisanal forge from the XNUMXth century has been carefully renovated using natural materials (hemp concrete, wood, bio-sourced paints among others).

Inside, we find a nice nest whose windows overlook the neighboring field: no need for a TV, the sheep are responsible for providing a contemplative spectacle that will calm even the most stressed city dwellers .

We will come to this lodge to slow down, recharge our batteries, work in the countryside, meet and share our way of life, and to go for a walk. There is no shortage of paths in the area since the GR89 called “Chemin de Montaigne” (which crosses the Rhône, the Loire and the Puy-de-Dôme) passes a few hundred meters from the farm, and crosses the GR3 called “Sentier de la Loire” (which leads from Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc to La Baule) a few kilometers further.

The gîte occupies a single storey surface area of ​​35 m2 to which is added a roof floor of equivalent surface area.
The ground floor is organized around a large single space, serving as a kitchen, dining room and living room. Added to this is a separate WC.
On the 1st floor, a master bedroom, an alcove and a bathroom (shower with WC).
In front of the gîte, our guests will be able to enjoy the song of the birds and the life of the farm, installed on a stone terrace.
