With two living rooms and 5 bedrooms, this large gîte is perfectly suited to the stay of several families with their children or a group of 9 people.

Come and stay in the large Jepatan gîte, with family or friends, in the Goulapie holiday village (see NB). You will be welcomed all year round, to experience convivial moments, celebrations and relaxation.

In the heart of Auvergne, the gîte is located in the Parc du Livradois-Forez. You can discover Sauxillanges and its Cluniac heritage, Usson one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France. You will escape into the great expanses of the Monts du Livradois, to make beautiful hikes. You can stroll along the rivers or along the lakes… You will be close to Issoire with its Romanesque Church of St-Austremoine, its narrow streets, its many cultural and sporting activities.

Shops and services are in Sauxillanges (4 km).

The Jepatan cottage has been completely restored. With 3 living rooms including a kitchen-dining room equipped with a large Godin cooking range, a spacious and bright living room, an activity room equipped with a billiard table and a ping pong table, this large gîte is perfectly suited to the stay of several families with their children or of a group.

It has wood pellet central heating.

On request, baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, changing table, bath.



NB The GOULAPIE gîte village is made up of 6 gîtes from 2 to 14 places which can be rented together or separately for a total of 48 people. It has a dining room, a collective kitchen and a multipurpose room of 80 m².
